All of our departments (sales, service, parts and collision) are open for normal
business, while following all health and safety guidelines provided by New York State and the CDC.
We do recognize that some of our customers may not feel comfortable coming into the dealerships for their full transaction. With that being said, we are still offering our modified sales procedures online to protect our customers and employees accordingly:
•   Customers can initiate a sales transaction online at www.GenesisofIthaca.com.
•   Our website has all all of our new vehicles and all of our
pre-owned vehicles with our upfront lowest pricing.
•   Sales consultants are standing by to help start your
vehicle purchase.
•   Our sales consultants have been empowered to provide
product information, pricing, trade-in evaluation, finance options and schedule
home deliveries. Â
•   All financial information will continue to be handled
securely and confidentially. Â
•   Maguire Care services will continue on all purchases.
•   If you choose to do your full transaction at the
dealership, in store deliveries are available and all
of our dealerships are continually sanitized for your safety.
The Maguire Family of Dealerships is following CDC guidelines and New York
State Department of Health requirements with respect to the cleaning and
disinfecting of its business space, vehicles and observing all recommended
personnel practices relative to "social distancing" to ensure your
safety.
Effective Thursday, February 10th, 2022, as per New York State Governor Kathy Hochul's Guidelines, the statewide indoor business mask or vaccine requirement is lifted, but this remains optional for businesses, local governments and counties. With that being said, all Maguire locations will follow the directions given by our local counties and health departments. This means individuals are not required to wear a mask in our locations within Onondaga and Schuyler counties (Syracuse, Baldwinsville and Watkins Glen). Though all individuals are welcome to continue to wear masks, if they would like. For our locations in Tompkins County (Ithaca and Trumansburg), we will continue to follow the local health department's advisory for all individuals to continue to wear masks while indoors. For further clarification or updates on these guidelines you can visit the local health department's website.
